How Plumbing Technology is Advancing

Our plumbing and heating expert Richard Trethewey gave me a tour of some of the latest technologies on display at the International Builders Show in Las Vegas. As a start, we stopped by Uponor’s booth to take a closer look at a method of connecting pex tubing that’s been around for a while and is gaining in popularity. Next, we stopped at Phyn to learn about a high-tech device that monitors water usage in residential and commercial applications. We ended our tour at Rinnai which is using advanced technology to teach basic installation techniques.
